Our Commercial listing rates are as follows:
Business without property 10% plus HST with a minimum flat rate of $10,000 plus HST
Commercial property / mixed use without business 3 - 5% plus HST
Lease out retail 16% for first year and 8% for each additional year. plus HST
Lease out property for a month to month basis, 1 months rent MINIMUM plus HST
